Basic Manual Lymphatic Drainage session - full body lymphatic drainage work including abdomen, face, head, neck and feet. Hot towel service included.

Full Body Lymphatic Drainage session with extra time to focus on a problem area, or extra neck/shoulder or foot massage. Hot towel service included.

Full Body Pre-natal massage for pregnant clients. Side-lying massage that can include Lymphatic Drainage or Myofascial work to soothe sore hips, swollen legs and feet and provide deep relaxation. Your session will be customized for your needs. Hot towel service included. 

Deluxe Full Body massage or Manual Lymphatic Drainage session. Your session will be fully customized to meet your needs. Hot towel service included. 

Post-op Manual Lymphatic Drainage session to address swelling or fibrosis following surgery. Please specify all procedures, date of surgery, and any special needs. You are welcome to bring any bolsters or cushions to your session to keep you comfortable. Excellent for BBL, MMO, Abdominoplasty, breast surgery, or orthopedic surgery patients. Please note that all incisions must be closed/bandaged to receive post-op MLD. 

If you would like to receive your Manual Lymphatic Drainage session at home, I am available to travel to you within Anchorage. Please text 907-382-8504 to arrange a home visit. Certain conditions apply. Travel to remote locations is available by request and by special agreement.
